Dinner organised by Docie

The DoCie (Anna D, Eva, Louisa, Natalia) is organizing dinner for us! (Whoop whoop) 

A great kick-off and fun to start the evening together as a big group! How about a nice warm dinner to warm you up for the Pas de Deux with a hearty main dish is the perfect fuel for an amazing ride. If you’re interested please fill in this form with allergies and food aversions before the 13th of December.

During the pas de deux tests

To make this awesome competition a success we need your help during the evening. There are different things besides the test which we organize. You can briefly read the following:

• Arena Coordinators (Ringmeesters): From the first duo starting with the warming up until the last duo is going to the stables after their test, we need 2 persons all time to help getting on and to keep track of the schedule.
• Writers (schrijvers): Anja will be our jury and to keep track of all the notes we need to help her. Everyone will get their notes after the prize ceremony, but it can also be interesting to hear the notes on “le moment suprême“, oui oui!
• Readers (lezers): On the other side of the arena, duos need some support. Therefore someone in the corner will read the test very loudly to support you guys. What would we do without the readers? 😉
• Feestbeest (party animals): So who is gonna help finish all the drinks and snacks at the end of the evening? 😉

This volunteer scheme will be available latest 16th of December. If you have specific preferences, let the committee know.

 

Price Ceremony

At the end of the evening, after we cleaned up and checked all the stables, we will have the price ceremony to announce the best themes and the best ridden tests.

Make sure you have a snack and a drink, because we will celebrate the fun evening! 😀
